You are either in or you are out.
Stop picking the parts of leadership you like to do and mistreating others (by providing poor leadership), in the areas you do not.
Responsible delegation and neglect or mismanagement are two different things.
Get help in the areas that are not areas of strength. Do not waste your time justifying poor leadership behaviour that has led to organizational distress. We all continually have to work on our leadership skills. I have made mistakes and apologized to my teams and moved on.
No acknowledgement leads to no plan which leads to no growth and damage.
Pick one thing and start to fix it. Read books, watch or attend seminars and speak to people who can help.
We are all working on something. I believe you can do this.
