The short answer is no. The long answer is the same.
We cannot say that we are about taking care of the ministry and then serve up mistreatment to the people doing the work.
If there are exceptions (and in ministry that happens), and your team members are okay with a working lunch, then that is one thing. If they are coerced via judgmental attitudes and fear of reprisal then that is something else.
People need time to relax, eat, take care of personal business or do nothing at all.
As a leader you will experience push back as a result.
Performance issues, resentment and disconnect are likely visible effects. There will most likely be other results in ways you are sometimes not aware. Trust me on this one. I knew one employee that turned on the water in the bathrooms at the end of day before he left.
Save yourself the drama, let people go eat in peace.
