Are you frustrated because projects are not completed the way you envisioned or not completed at all?
Here are a few things to consider:Who is providing the instruction/direction/request?
- Should it be that person?
- Are they a clear communicator?
- Are they clear on the particulars of the project or task?
How is the information relayed?
- Is it verbally and if so, should it be?
- If via email, is the email clear and professional or filled with slang which can lead to confusion?
Many times in ministry, band-aid solutions are applied to miscommunication issues. You need to discover the root of the problem and make adjustments at that level.
