Paulette Elaine Insights

You may have the most knowledgeable people, they can be incredibly skilled and charismatic. They may look, sound, dress and have the connections you would like them to have.

However, a lack of integrity leads to unethical decisions that will eventually if not immediately impact your workplace.

Do not be fooled. These leaders are one decision a way from potentially damaging your organization.

How to Create an Integrity Strong Culture:

*Be honest. Do not lie. People learn from examples and exposure.

*Meet with your leaders and have a straightforward discussion about the importance of integrity and what that should look like in your organization. Do not assume everyone comes from a background or previous organization with the same understanding.

*Communicate your values throughout your organization. They can be posted in meeting areas, on computer desktop screens and displayed in company handouts. Training and development sessions are also a great opportunity to share company values.
