Ministry is demanding. Leadership is demanding.
Everything has carries its own demands.
If you avoid the unpleasant demands, you will only create more problems.
Make a list of the issues, prioritize them, determine if you can obtain help and start working on them one at a time.
You will have the desire to fix everything at the same time to alleviate stress but organized and accurate is better than wrong and strong.
If you do this you will see significant noticeable results within two and a half weeks.
Do not avoid it, handle it. The issue is not stronger than you!
