How Do You Handle a Lack of Commitment from Your Leaders?

Are you experiencing a lack of commitment from your leaders?

Assess the following areas to determine if they may be the cause.

1. Are they working/serving in the right area?

2. Are they being managed well?

3. Does your team have the resources they need to effectively accomplish their responsibilities?

4. Does your team have the proper amount of time off. Daily, weekly and for vacations?

5. If they have to put in extra time, are they compensated via a method that works for them?

Teams respond above and beyond expectations when they are treated fairly. Their commitment or lack thereof is usually rooted to something.
